My coaching offer combines an innovative approach of trauma-sensitive acting and modern psychological methods such as polyvagal theory and ego state therapy. With this holistic concept, I support managers and teams in business positions in strengthening emotional and social intelligence, building resilience, developing an authentic leadership role and cultivating a feeling of connection with the team.
