The principle of good reason – everything you feel makes sense.
We will get to the bottom of this meaning together, so that you can gently and creatively achieve your individual transformation.
In trauma-sensitive work, the focus is on sensitive support that is geared to your pace. Methods and skills are used in such a way that they do not overwhelm you, but rather start where you are at the moment in order to enable a gentle integration. I approach you with compassion, trust and goodwill - without judgment.
Recognize your intact self
Behind all the hurt, such as anger, sadness, shame and loneliness, lies your intact self. This intact self carries so much vitality and potential within itself, which will unfold with a loving inner attitude and patience.
Corrective Experience – The Search for Security & Connection
People who have an unresolved trauma often have to go through hurtful and boundary-crossing experiences. I offer you a safe environment in which you can have healing experiences, in which you are accepted and seen. With all your facets - just as you are.
You will experience this security and connection with me as we create corrective experiences together. You will experience co-regulation through me and learn to regulate yourself.
The Language of the Nervous System
If you learn to understand the language of the nervous system, you will recognize what your body is trying to tell you. This requires mindfulness, sensitivity, patience and the courage to carefully get in touch with yourself. All with the right dream-sensitive techniques.
The focus of my work is based on the following methods & knowledge:
neurobiology
Neurobiology is the study of the processes in the brain and nervous system that control our thoughts, emotions and behavior. An understanding of neurobiology helps us to understand how stress, emotions and resilience affect us on a physical level. These insights help to promote healthy behavior patterns and strengthen self-regulation.
polyvagal theory
Polyvagal theory describes how our nervous system responds to stress and social connections. It shows how we switch to states of safety, fight/flight, or freeze. This knowledge helps promote emotional regulation and create a sense of security for personal and professional development.
body psychotherapy
Body psychotherapy includes the body and the nervous system in the therapeutic process, as emotions and stress are often stored in the body. Through mindfulness and targeted physical exercises, tension can be released and a better understanding of the connection between physical sensation and emotional health can be created. This strengthens self-regulation and promotes a deeper feeling of security and stability.
Ego State Therapy
Ego state therapy works with the different personality parts that are active within us, such as the "critical part" or the "protective part". It helps to resolve conflicts between these parts and to establish inner harmony. This leads to more clarity and emotional stability.
psychotraumatology
Psychotraumatology deals with the effects of stressful or traumatic experiences on the psyche. It helps to process these experiences safely and to alleviate their long-term consequences. The aim is to regain resilience and a feeling of control.
hypnosystemics
Hypnosystemics combines hypnosis techniques with systemic approaches to enable changes on a conscious and unconscious level. The inner imagination is used to develop creative solutions and resolve blockages.
Attachment-oriented psychotherapy and attachment theory
These approaches are based on the realization that secure attachments are crucial for emotional development and health. They help to understand old relationship patterns and build new, trusting connections - both with oneself and with others.
acting techniques
Acting techniques use role-playing and expression exercises to develop emotional and social skills. They promote empathy, self-confidence and the ability to present oneself authentically and effectively.
